Privacy Policy
Bourse is an AI stock-analysis assistant. This page explains what personal data it collects, why, where that data goes, and how to have it removed. Bourse is run by an individual developer, not a company. Questions go to kelvinvaddoriya.kv257@gmail.com.
What we collect

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data to build advertising profiles.
Who processes your data
Bourse relies on these third-party services. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase: accounts, authentication and the database holding your enquiries.
- OpenAI and Thesys: the AI models that read your question and write the answer. The text of your question is sent to them. Your email is not.
- Render: hosts the backend server.
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides cookie-free analytics.
- Yahoo Finance (through the open-source
yfinancelibrary): market data. Only ticker symbols and date ranges are sent, never anything about you. - Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled: checks that sign-ups come from a person rather than a bot.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies
Bourse sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your sign-in session is kept in browser localStorage, which is strictly necessary for the app to work. That is why there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept until you delete them. Use the trash icon next to any enquiry in the sidebar and it is removed immediately. Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Email kelvinvaddoriya.kv257@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will act on it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and all saved enquiries. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Bourse is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Significant changes will also be noted in the app.
