Bourse

Terms of Use

Last updated 22 September 2026

Bourse is not investment advice. It is an informational tool that uses AI to summarise public market data. Nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Do your own research, and talk to a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

By creating an account or using Bourse you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Bourse is

Bourse answers questions about publicly traded companies. It uses AI models together with third-party market data (prices, financial statements and news). It is a personal project offered free of charge, as is.

2. No financial advice

Bourse is not a broker, investment adviser or financial planner, and is not registered as one with any regulator. Answers are general information only. They do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes.

3. Accuracy

AI models can be wrong. They can misread data, rely on stale figures, or state false things confidently. Market data comes from third parties, may be delayed, and may contain errors. Always check important figures against a primary source, such as the company's own filings, before relying on them.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability

Bourse runs on free-tier infrastructure. It may be slow, unavailable, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Saved enquiries could be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

7. Your content

You own the questions you ask. You give us permission to store and process them only to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bourse is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Bourse after a change, you accept the updated terms.
